Job Objective:

Support the company in the design and development of digital products through user-centered methodologies, leading design activities, interaction, in different projects, including workshops for clients, brainstorming, interaction design, technology understanding, development and generation of follow-up metrics to measure the success of the initiatives; in order to ensure that they meet the needs of associates, customers, and the business.

Job profile:

  • 2-3 years of experience in interaction design on various types of devices and applications at the UX/UI level.
  • 2-3 years of experience in conducting and applying research and user-centered design processes.
  • 1-2 years defining features based on user story mapping, front and back stage interaction flows.
  • 1-2 years of experience with low-hi-fidelity and clicklable rapid prototyping methods in functional interfaces.
  • 1+ year of experience in the management and communication of work between design, product, development and end or business clients.
  • Work experience in consulting, design agencies or independent development where product strategies, wireframes, UX and UI interaction guidelines have been generated.
