About the position:

Are you passionate about good user experiences in general and in digital channels in particular? Are you convinced that a good user experience will be crucial for the success of businesses in the future? We are looking for a new colleague in the Strategic Development department, who will understand the users and design solutions that provide high user satisfaction.

We need you who have:

  • Experience from digital service development, user design, and digital self-service solutions
  • Collaborates well with people who have a different professional background than you
  • Solid understanding of how digital channels contribute to value creation
  • Insight into digital trends and platforms
  • Experience in conducting both analog and digital user tests, and making data-driven decisions
  • We would like you to have a minimum of 3 years of relevant education and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Typical work tasks will include be:

  • Responsibility for the bank’s digital design system and compliance with WCAG requirements
  • Plan and carry out insight and analysis work
  • Prepare sketches, prototypes, and customer journeys
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new solutions and the improvement of existing ones

Personal characteristics:

  • Want to solve problems and be curious
  • Proactive and analytical
  • A good team player, but who also likes to dive into the details on his own
  • Good at coordinating and collaborating with both colleagues and external suppliers
  • Good communication skills
