REQUIREMENTS:

– 03 years of experience in topics related to service design and user-centered experience design, from qualitative and quantitative research to prototyping and solution implementation.
– Mastery of frameworks/tools for ideation, prototyping, research, and flow/process mapping (designthinking, double diamond, in-depth interviews, blueprints, customer journey, empathy map, etc.).
– Intermediate knowledge of tools such as Figma/FigJam, Miro, Trello, Maze, Hotjar or similar.
– Developed communication, negotiation, and self-organization skills.
– Experience working in teams with agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar.

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

– Promote the adoption of strategic design frameworks and tools and agile mindset in the organization’s culture.
– Design/co-create the company’s next generation of financial/digital services from the internal/external consumer’s perspective, matching it with business objectives.
– Work as a team with other areas/clients to conduct the necessary research and be able to propose solution routes to consumer pain points, create new functionalities or new products/services.
– Availability to travel to other cities/rural areas to conduct research and validate prototypes.
– Facilitate dynamics/workshops as part of the ideation and research processes.
– Organize/synthesize information and provide necessary inputs (Journeys, blueprints, maps, etc.) for the development of initiatives.
