Job Mission:

Design and implement user-centered projects that seek to transform processes, experiences and services, generating efficiencies for the company through an experimental and iterative mindset.

What will your challenges be?

• Promote user-centered projects. You will be involved in the research, design and execution of ideas, concepts and solutions alongside other areas of the organization.
• Conduct research from scratch, give meaning and shape to the findings to identify new opportunities to improve the user experience (internal and external) and generate efficiencies in the company.
• Redefine the challenges with a holistic vision, understanding the business requirements, but without losing sight of the user for whom you are designing.
• Working in cross-functional teams with all the different areas of the company (and/or external clients) orchestrating and leading work sessions in a collaborative manner, spreading the work methodology.
• Integrate users into new cross-cutting processes, supporting the various stakeholders so that the efficiency improvements implemented are sustainable over time.
• Define and/or redesign technological tools that contribute to the efficiency of cross-cutting processes.
• Articulate and communicate concepts and solutions through brilliant storytelling, accompanied by visual tools and supporting prototypes.
• Make informed, data-driven decisions with common sense, especially in times of uncertainty.
• Document improvements and/or new processes designed by establishing KPIs to measure efficiency and productivity.
• Manage the deployment, training and monitoring together with the owners of the new implementations.

What profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Management office at the intermediate level.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies at an advanced level.
• Design Thinking at an advanced level.
• Experience of 01 to 03 years in similar positions, preferably in a similar field.
