Service Designer

What is the professional we are looking for like?

• 2 to 4 years of experience.
• Knowledge of work methodologies such as: Design Thinking.
• Interest in service design with experience using service design methods.
• Availability to work in a hybrid way in San Isidro

What will your challenges be?

• Analyze, collect and interpret information to establish a diagnosis that allows for the construction of action plans focused on the client and backstage users.
• Propose and suggest the appropriate tools and methodologies for each project (customer journey maps, blueprints, flowcharts, use cases, proof of concepts, contingency design, etc.)
• Mandatory experience in the use of DesignThinking, Service Design and the use of at least 2 other frameworks such as: Customer Experience, JOBs to BE DONE, Business Design, Strategic Design and Behavioral Design.
• Moderate and facilitate workshops to co-create solutions for initiatives with different types of stakeholders.
• Test and validate solution proposals with the client or end user through the most relevant tools and methods.
• Present and communicate findings for project sponsors’ decision making.
