At Yanbal, we are seeking the best talent to fill the position of Service Designer. The position will be responsible for designing comprehensive, people-centered services that generate value for the business and its users, supporting the organization in its digital evolution through viable, desirable, and sustainable solutions.

What will your duties be?

  • Lead research and understand real needs: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user and stakeholder needs and insights.
  • Identify frictions, opportunities and behaviors that guide the design of solutions.
  • Design comprehensive experiences and services: Map journeys, create service blueprints, and create experience ecosystems.
  • Proposes solutions that articulate business vision, technical feasibility, and user needs.
  • Define and design digital interfaces and functional prototypes: Actively participate as a member of the multidisciplinary squad that applies UX/UI principles to design usable and coherent interfaces.
  • Define, ideate, prototype (wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes), and test the concepts developed.
  • Facilitates collaborative design processes: Leads workshops, co-creations, alignment, and definition of solutions alongside multidisciplinary teams, serving as a spokesperson for user-centered design.
  • Ensures the 360-degree experience and ensures that proposals and deliverables meet the needs of the target audience.
  • Assist in the implementation and evolution of products and services: Collaborate with the PM, business, and technology to ensure execution is aligned with the design. Ensure compliance with key success metrics.
  • Conducts qualitative and quantitative analysis to validate hypotheses and identify the viability of generated proposals and continuously improve implemented services.

What do we expect from you?

  • Professional in Industrial Design, Graphic Design or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in roles relevant to the position, designing, deploying, and iterating live products.
  • Intermediate/advanced level of English.
  • Experience implementing agile methodologies.
  • Attach project portfolio.
