👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Service designer, you will be in charge of :

  • Design and propose research plans for service redesign, including tool selection, audience identification, and timeline.
  • Conduct research activities and analyse data for service evaluation and redesign.
  • Facilitate co-creation sessions with stakeholders to generate solution ideas.
  • Develop and test digital prototypes for service improvement.
  • Design implementation plans based on tested solutions.
  • Ensure all proposed documents and methods are validated by the company.

🏅 Profile :

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluent in Portuguese.
  • Professional experience of at least 3 years in the field;
  • Experience in participating in projects involving the design and application of instruments (both quantitative and qualitative), such as surveys, interviews, journey maps, service blueprints, and other design thinking/service design tools, and their analysis.
  • Certified or academic training valued in the areas of service design and service engineering.
  • Experience in projects with public sector entities for the redesign of public services (digital and/or in-person).
