As Service Designer you will be responsible for designing, iterating and implementing end-to-end services through user-centered methodologies, leading activities in highly complex projects: including workshops, co-creation processes, definition of contact points, generation of metrics , all of the above to ensure a holistic design that meets customer needs, business objectives and is technologically viable.

Activities and responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs that translate into relevant business opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate the results of the investigations to the team and the stakeholders of the project.
  • Define the service strategy through different mapping tools (such as Customer Journey and scalable Service Blueprints).
  • Co-create desirable, viable and feasible solutions in the short and medium term.
  • Design and build rapid prototypes, as well as prototypes that provide a higher level of fidelity and confidence.
  • Design the implementation process and the appropriate metrics to ensure success.
  • Manage the monitoring of the different actions through agile methodologies.
  • Collaboration with UX/UI design teams, Product Owners, Product Managers, Data Scientists, stakeholders and other company profiles to design and build holistic services and products.
  • Evangelize and train the different areas of the business on research and design with users.

KNOWLEDGE:

  • In UCD methodologies (Design Thinking, Design Sprint).
  • Service Design process and tools.
  • In research methods and techniques, both quantitative and qualitative.
