Service Designer

To succeed in the position, you will need:

– Have proven experience in Design Thinking and Design of

Services;

– Easy to get along with people;

– Act autonomously;

– Be proactive;

– Be hands-on;

– To be organized;

– Be resilient;

– Be communicative;

– Completed degree or experience in Marketing, Social Communication,

Advertising and Propaganda or related areas.

Softwares:

– Intermediate Excel;

– Intermediate power point;

It will be considered differential;

– Specialization in Service Design and/or CX;

– Portfolio presentation;

– Experience with Google Docs, Slides and Sheets;

– Experience with Miro;

– Experience with Jira.

Activities:

– Plan, build, carry out and analyze ethnographic research;

quantitative and qualitative, in addition to desk researches and benchmarks;

– Map and build user journeys and processes;

– Build people;

– Develop and present reports on the findings made.
