Service Designer
Eve Air Mobility
We are looking for profiles that can integrate our Eve Air Mobility team, with values guided by the user experience, in a team engaged by the challenge and by collaboration within a diverse and multidisciplinary team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading interdisciplinary teams and projects, orchestrating deliverables across different areas, using design-oriented thinking
- Plan and facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders
- Drive design decisions based on user behavior, technical feasibility, business objectives, and empirical data
- Involvement in all aspects of the design process: user research, brainstorming, visual aspects to aid concept conception, prototyping and development
- Collaborate with the UX research team and conduct research with creativity and rigor that inspire the company to implement the lessons learned in the field
- Defend the needs of stakeholders and advocate for user experience, design mindset and entrepreneurship
- Produce and deliver high-quality, concise and compelling results that demonstrate effective communication and storytelling skills through data
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Prototyping and Testing Mentality
- More than 3 years experience in UX, Product Design or Service Design
- Experience in initiatives using design thinking and/or human-centered design approaches
- Experience in projects using agile methodologies
- fluency in english
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Design Thinking, dissemination of design culture and Storytelling are desirable skills.
