Service Designer

This position focuses on designing the service of our clients considering both the information we obtain when investigating and the interests of our clients, using our work methodology for this.
From defining the concept of the service, you must understand the entire journey that the end user experiences and develop, on the one hand, an omnichannel experience in addition to the operational aspects involved in that experience.
We seek a comprehensive profile that is capable of understanding the strategic, technical and emotional requirements of our clients in order to develop solid proposals that fit their needs.
Desirable conditions
Title of Industrial Designer / Commercial Engineer / Civil Engineer / Other related.
Knowledge in service design
Knowledge in customer journey
Understanding who is a buyer persona
Experience time between 0-2 years.
Experience with Adobe.
Experience with technological or related projects.
Written, oral and visual communication skills
80% remote work, no formal dress required.
