- Product/service vision alignment to overall org objectives

- Facilitate design thinking sessions/brainstorming
- Conduct user research and market analysis to situate a service in context Interview users to understand context and behavior (As-is mapping)
- Identify barriers and limitations to place things in perspective (practical realm)
- Create user personas and empathy maps to ensure a frame of reference
- Rapid prototyping to validate design ideas
- Manage and drive user testing to evaluate user experience
- Design and roll out user surveys to gain continuous feedback (looping them forward)
- Analyze data to derive insightful insights and recommend success metrics / KPIs
- Drive sponsor user engagement to validate design ideas (fail fast approach)
- Perform heuristic evaluation to identify improvement areas for enhanced user experience.
- Excellent communication
