Service Designer

We seek to expand our Service Designer team with professionals who provide a minimum experience of 4 years in multi- practice projects (Strategic Design, UX, Marketing, CX and Transmedia) to design products, services and experiences that respond to the challenges of our companies and societies, and which will be incorporated into our Digital Experience unit .

In your day to day, among other things:

• Define scenarios with potential in the future.
• Use an innovative, creative and business-minded approach in the ideation and design of new services, concepts and unique and differential user experiences for various markets.
• Creative facilitator in workshops for the generation of ideas and resolution of challenges.
• Realization of deliverables with visual and content quality, as a reflection of the results of the projects.

What do we expect from you?

• Experience in Design thinking, Service Design and design tools (Buyer Persona, Customer Journey, Blueprint, Stakeholders Map, Business Canvas Model, etc).
• Experience in work environments with agile and design methodologies.
• Experience in cultural transformation projects towards innovation/digitalization or in corporate entrepreneurship or open innovation programs.
• Ability to have a global vision of the product flow and analyze and evaluate all the implications in the service, since you will work hand in hand with UX designers.
• Knowledge of consumer trends and consumption patterns.
• Good level of spoken and written English.
• Valuable specialization in Master in innovation, creativity, Design Thinking, Business Design or UX.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Planning, attention to timing and details.
