Idea Strategic Firm is an innovation consultancy , based in Murcia and internationally, which offers professional services in Innovation consulting specialized in consumer products. We create original and innovative products based on the company’s strategy, respecting the needs and following the roadmap agreed with the client.

We are a team of creative people, who shape great ideas by solving needs that generate new businesses or relaunch mature products.

Job requirements

Preferably with training in Marketing Degree or similar

Professional experience, knowledge of innovation methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean Start up, agile theories …) will be valued.

Manage software with which to express and / or develop your work, type: Mural, Miro …

Communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Organization and time management skills.

Restlessness to continue learning.

Interest in innovation and good design.

Immediate incorporation (face-to-face) and full-time.

The main task will be to strengthen the innovation department.
