We’re seeking someone with at least 5 years of experience in service design, particularly in creating digital services, to join our team.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Identify service opportunities through research and workshops.
  • Make research findings tangible for stakeholders and product team.

  • Communicate results and strategy to stakeholders in a way they can understand it.
  • Support the client’s organisation during the service implementation.

In addition, we expect you to:

  • Have experience creating digital services.
  • Co-ordinate projects.
  • Contribute to efficient skills transfer.
  • Contribute to a great working environment.
  • To always represent Humblebee in the best possible way to contacts, customers, industry gatherings, trade events, external partners and suppliers.
  • Keep updated, deepen your existing skills and widen your range by finding avenues of development you find interesting.
  • Suggest and raise any larger project proposals for discussion.
