You will

  • Lead service design projects and work with customers, business partners and staff to develop customer and business centric concepts
  • Drive the development of innovative new services from initial brief to delivery, and continually improve the customer experience
  • Plan and lead workshops with teams and stakeholders
  • Produce omni-channel Service Designs and organize the underlying allocation of systems, resources and policies in a human centered fashion.
  • Perform user research, and create insightful customer and employee experiences through service blueprints, future state journey maps, work flows and scenarios.
  • Use visualizations to tell stories and bring a narrative to life
  • Prototype services in order to validate ideas and iterate on them
  • Provide the project(s) you’re supporting with progress reports, service requirements, guiding documents and a shared vision as to what success looks like
  • Act as design ambassador, share knowledge and skills and help colleagues and team to grow
  • Contribute to spreading the design thinking approach and advocate service design practices through presentations, trainings, workshops

Who you are

  • You have 4+ years of experience in a design consultancy or equivalent position
  • You are a storyteller with a strong ability of visualizing complexity to define opportunities, communicate strategies and encourage collaboration
  • You have a strong appreciation for visual and interaction design and an effortless presentation style that owns and sells pitches
  • You are driven by curiosity and thrilled to explore positive use of technologies for human being and environment
  • You can share proven designs and experience of launched services that have been implemented in the real world
