You will:

  • Create human-centric experiences for a variety of service touchpoints by working with an interdisciplinary team.
  • Lead or participate in collaborative sessions with technical stakeholders and users (both internal and external)
  • Lead and facilitate a variety of design thinking workshops with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Perform studies and analyze research data extracted from interviews, desk research, and co-creation workshops with users from around the globe, to uncover insights and turn them into opportunities for ideal prototyping.
  • Use storytelling effectively to communicate user insights, opportunity areas, and concept designs to different audiences.
  • Develop design content and specifications within multidisciplinary groups to build an understanding of the intended solutions both with the Network area and the other Business areas.
  • Work with UX designers, developers, product owners, system engineers, and visual designers to address the right problems and build the right user experience.
  • Explore design trends and standard methodologies and discover how they can be applied to Ericsson products and services.

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Human-centred design/service design experience
  • Degree (bachelor’s or higher) in Interaction Design, Service Design, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a design consultancy or equivalent position.
  • Ability to work independently on key workstreams in large projects or take ownership of small ones
  • Organizational skills and ability to lead multiple projects.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional in current software design practices.
