Service Designer

We are now looking for a Service Designer who wants to join a newly established global tech company where no history is written.

The role
As a Service Designer at Polestar, you will primarily support Digital Leads. By identifying, analyzing, visualizing and communicating the needs, you will also support Polestar as a whole. The mission is to facilitate the understanding of the user for the business and define how the business can create value for this user. This can be presented in the forms of a user study, a workshop, an impact map, a business model canvas, a user journey or a service blueprint. We believe you are forward-thinking, creative-minded and passionate about challenging the status quo.

Requirements and personal qualities 

You have 

• A bachelors´ degree in Service Design, Interaction Design or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of working experience within Service Design
• A holistic perspective
• The ability to understand the customer, the business and the needs of the organisation, and to convert this knowledge into services that work and provide real value

You are 

• Communicative with good verbal and visual presentation skills
• Interested in working at a fast-paced, intellectually challenging and growing company
• Curious in new techniques
• Able to collaborate and share your skills with your colleagues

• Comfortable with innovation and change since you will be able to create new content
• Excellent in English, both spoken and written
