Service Designer

As a Service designer and consultant, you will work together with our customers and developers in cross-functional agile teams. Our service designers have a holistic and strategic approach to how we provide users with the most efficient and user-friendly solutions. We design practical, functional and desirable digital services based on customer insights. The projects are in different sectors and you can work with shopping experiences in retail, with customers in the public sector or you become part of the design team at one of our leading customers in the automotive industry.

We are looking for you who

• Worked as a full-time Service Designer for 4+ years
• Through a holistic and strategic perspective, understands service-related challenges of customers and end users
• Worked with research and innovation oriented agile projects
• Experienced in design processes, leading workshops, brainstorming sessions and design sprints using service design tools and methods
• Created prototypes – from wireframes, to clickable mockups to simulate the final product.
• Fluent in Swedish and English both spoken and written, as we have a close dialogue with our customers
