Service Designer

We are looking for you as:

• has a broad practical knowledge in Design research and Service design
• masters several different research methods, preferably with a focus on mixed methods.
• is comfortable in setting the scope, requirements and restrictions in collaboration with stakeholders when starting up new initiatives and initiatives.
• has solid experience of planning, facilitating and conducting workshops.
• has a strong analytical ability and is skilled at compiling, visualizing and communicating results.
• has experience of working in a large organization that is changing towards an agile way of working.
• is used to triangular customers’ needs with the business perspectives and the business’s technical and organizational conditions to find solutions at this turning point
• has the ability to argue and describe the value of a design-oriented approach.
• enjoys collaborating and working with colleagues throughout the organization, across different disciplines and competencies.

Relevant education:

• Experience of working as a Service Designer or Design Researcher for at least 3-5 years.
• Work experience from other industries, roles and countries is an advantage
• Experience of having worked in a large organization is an advantage but not a requirement.
