As a Service Designer you will:
- Lead the exploration of new products in a holistic manner, and use service design as a primary tool for making business decisions
- Collaborate with POs to see that products fulfil expectations of viability, feasibility and desirability
- Be the liaison between leadership team and product teams regarding viability of products
