We are looking for you as:

  • Has a few years of experience in service design in various industries
  • Has played a leading role in several service design projects
  • Has the ability to involve and engage customers, colleagues and users
  • Driven by the opportunity to work in different types of project forms and environments
  • Has a good communication ability, verbally and visually
  • Has experience of both qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Has a very good analytical ability

It is an advantage if you:

  • Has experience of digital strategy or change work
  • Has experience as a UX designer
