Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is… human. What we mean by that is that sometimes you have the energy and power to stand at the forefront and lead others and sometimes you need the support of the rest of us at Savvy to get power and inspiration. Sometimes you are full of creativity and innovation and sometimes you are frustrated that things are going sluggishly. You have a firm focus on making things happen and becoming a reality but realize that sometimes we can fail along the way.

We are therefore looking for you who affirm both your own and others’ humanity and all the contradictions it means, because only then can we make real change happen. Since you are good at analyzing and creating insights about others, you are also interested in learning new things about yourself and developing.

Your specifications

  • You are (but do not have to be) a Service Designer
  • You have at least 3-4 years of experience working design-driven.
  • You are used to participating in and leading assignments.
  • You feel that you master the ethnographic part of design, ie observation, service safari and are a fan of in-depth interviews.
  • You like to dig deep to find actionable insights that build both empathy and the ability to create something new.
  • You want to quickly create ideas and prototypes as well as test them with target groups.
  • You are used to leading and facilitating various workshops and meetings, with an emphasis on co-creation, collaboration and results and you feel comfortable both to facilitate “in-person” and digitally.
  • You start collaborating with and coaching clients through change journeys, transformation work and innovation. Even when it gets sluggish, difficult and, yes, human.
  • You like to teach others.
  • If you are awesome at visualizing, concretizing and communicating, this is a great plus!
