  • Experienced in creating service design artefacts (user journeys, personas, blueprints).
  • Familiar with agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Able to visualise complex services simply for diverse audiences.
  • Possesses a curious, inquisitive mindset.
  • Comfortable in cross-functional teams with researchers, designers, analysts, product owners, and developers.
  • Strong in managing competing priorities and stakeholder relationships.
  • Advocates for user-centric design, translating user stories into effective service proposals.
