Key Responsibilities:
- Champion the design, development, and testing of service solutions.

Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in creating service design artefacts (user journeys, personas, blueprints).
- Familiar with agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Able to visualise complex services simply for diverse audiences.
- Possesses a curious, inquisitive mindset.
- Comfortable in cross-functional teams with researchers, designers, analysts, product owners, and developers.
- Strong in managing competing priorities and stakeholder relationships.
- Advocates for user-centric design, translating user stories into effective service proposals.
