As a Service Designer, you will be astute in your ability to build best in class, user-centric services, utilising your experience to define the service solution and supporting the projects at all stages to create and launch it. You’ll work closely with our Service Owners, utilising cloud-based, data-driven practices to provide services that will deliver against our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking responsibility for high-level service concepts and strategies, detailed delivery through to implementation
  • Manage the quality of execution from the production team
  • Conduct qualitative design research using ethnographic and participatory methods
  • Conduct functional analysis and design, working with developers and analysts to recommend solutions and resolve service issues
  • Communicate and present research and design insights to stakeholders
  • Be responsible for the quality of all deliverables across a variety of projects
