  •  Have experience working in a professional services environment and are comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  •  Can demonstrate a strong, shareable portfolio showcasing their capability, experience and the practical application of different facets of their service design toolkit.
  •  Are collaborative, direct yet diplomatic visual communicators and storytellers who can translate ideas between technical and non-technical audiences.
  •  Show enthusiasm for innovation, digital transformation, emerging best practices and continual learning, alongside strong communication, facilitation, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
