Job description
As a Service Designer, you’ll:
- Work independently, with guidance and support of a Lead Service Designer
- Design end-to-end services that meet user needs, solve problems and achieve desired outcomes
- Help the team articulate hypotheses for user research
- Explain design problems, ideas and decisions to others clearly
- Use design to take advantage of opportunities and mitigate risks
- Interpret data and research and incorporate this into your work
- Facilitate design sessions with other designers, user researchers and stakeholders
