THE JOB TO DO

We’re setting up a Transformation practice in Europe, building on the success of the function in New York. The Experience Designer / Service Designer will play a critical role in

– Developing our experience best practices – tools, processes and philosophies

– Shaping our consultative offering and product – thinking through how our ‘users’ experience our services

– Injecting experience experience and craft into the wider creative pool across the agency

– Mapping user experiences across a range of categories and ecosystems

– Developing brand systems that are both visual and behavioural

CORE SKILLS

– It will be important to be proactive and self-starting. The team will be small at the beginning so we’ll all be doing the lifting and thinking about where we want to take it together.

– Good working knowledge of virtual collaboration tools like: Slack, Google Docs, Zoom, Miro, Notion and Figma

– Solid graphic design skills and standard tool knowledge

– Solid experience strategy competence with detailed user journeys and service maps
