We’re looking for an energetic, passionate Service Designer who enjoys getting into the details. As a Service Designer you will contribute to delivering solutions that will positively impact people and bring value to PwC products and services.

Conduct the primary User Research (qualitative and quantitative), making sure we ask the right questions to get the right answers necessary to create Service Blueprints

Use evidence from research and data to inform design and management decisions, and use evidence to engage with stakeholders

Evaluate how well a service is meeting user and business needs
-
Create User Journey Maps so we can identify pain points and issues that need to be addressed in a given service.

Plan and run workshops with users with stakeholders to gain a shared understanding and first-hand insights
-
Work with UX designers to rapidly prototype concepts and ideas

Effectively communicate ideas, journeys and solutions to a range of audiences

Consider solutions for different channels, platforms and devices. understanding the possibilities and limitation
Skills and experience – Essential:

Understanding of Design thinking and having a user centric mindset

Experience creating service blueprints and user journeys
-
Knowledge of front stage and back stage
-
Understanding of touch points and channels
-
Experience creating low to medium fidelity prototypes to validate ideas
-
Ability to work collaboratively with other PwC teams and external innovation specialists (e.g. alliance partners, startups and clients)

Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and interpersonal skills

Creativity and comfort in challenging the status quo
Skills and experience = Desirable

Experience in agile, Scrum and / or change management disciplines

Experience working on high fidelity prototypes with design tools such as Adobe Xd, Sketch or Figma

Knowledge of design principles

Understanding of Design Ops

Knowledge of key emerging technologies and current trends
