Qurated Network are partnered with a growing Digital Consultancy who are looking for a passionate Service Designer to work across their diverse portfolio consisting of both private and public sector clients.
The team are busy creating innovative, user-led digital solutions that improve the lives of organisations and their users. They are currently looking to grow their service design offering to ensure they deliver exemplary end to end services. Tasks will include:
- collaborating with teams to develop exceptional end to end services that are usable for everyone
- developing low fidelity concepts and high fidelity designs that help teams create meaningful solutions for users
- communicating design ideas using a variety of techniques, including, service models, user journeys, system maps and/or infographics
- supporting user research activities to gather impactful insights
- designing accessible services for people who have access needs and use assistive technology
