Senior Service Designer

Responsibilities

As Senior Service Designer, you will be responsible for:

· Leading end-to-end Service Design and customer experience projects from new service propositions to holistic service experiences

· Driving operational excellence and efficiency, delivering suitable design quality whilst balancing value and cost

· Providing design thought leadership to senior business stakeholders, actively drive, and co-create approaches between Design and other business functions

· Leading projects and delivery streams, able to influence and create enabling conditions for success

Requirements

The successful candidate will ideally have:

· Experience leading and guiding ethnographic and immersive customer research

· Strong experience running and managing service prototypes and experiments from clarifying the hypothesis to set up and measuring results

· Creative and content leadership on high complexity projects and setting the standard of content specialism

· Expertise in human-centred design processes and curiosity to adopt new approaches to product and service development

It would be beneficial if you also had:

· A Bachelor / Master degree or equivalent in a Design Research related discipline

· Thought-leadership on design processes, methodology, culture, technology

· Expertise in Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, etc)

· Demonstrable design advocacy and mentoring skills to provide strategic and tactical design direction

· Entrepreneurial mindset and quick-thinking capabilities

· Interest in the start-up world from FinTech, InsureTech to mobility as a service

Qualified candidates must present an online portfolio that:

· Demonstrates a passion for digital product development and deep customer insights

· Shows experience with diverse content and subject matter, innovation and usability
