What we’re looking for

As someone who’s opted for a placement within their degree course, you will be looking to start your career as a Service Designer. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects in an exciting and varied enterprise environment for industry leading customers.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the CX Execution Manager you will be working in a small, Agile team tasked with providing actionable insights to inform design. You will be helping map out the end to end journey of a service, identify needs, help iterate on and select designs and design and run user testing sessions along with user researchers. As a part of the design team you will be focussed on service design but also participate in wider design activities including user testing, design sprints and workshops.

It is expected that the candidate will acquire a broad understanding of our products, their domains, and their application; have the confidence to express ideas as part of a creative design team; have a genuine interest in design; have the ability to meet deadlines; to think creatively about solutions to complex problems; and be constantly striving to enhance the team’s results and the quality of design.

You will be involved in quantitative and qualitative research.

What you’ll bring
