Feel Proud

As a Service Designer within Virgin Care, you’ll join a team who are focused on creating new service designs and business solutions aligned to our strategic goals and service user needs.

Our Service Designers are skilled in understanding the people needs and identifying ways of utilising digital solutions or new ways of working to enhance the service and develop something unique to Virgin Care’s offer.

One of the key purposes of the Design Team is to ensure that Virgin Care stays at the forefront of innovative clinical design and delivery. This, in turn, helps us to deliver our overarching purpose to change lives by transforming healthcare.

The core responsibilities of the Service Designer role break into (1) Service Design, (2) Service Development, (3) Project Management and (4) Research and Innovation.

This is a national role where you will be working remotely, although travel may be expected to our services as and when required.

You will have experience in service or workforce design or development, excellent research and problem-solving skills, strong digital skills and a good understanding of health and care services.
