About You:

  • 10+ years experience designing digital products and systems. You have helped ship products and services that solve real problems, and that people use.
  • Prior experience designing experiences for consumer-facing products and services with a track record in the e-commerce and/or DTC space.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to help people understand the rationale behind your proposals, and the complex nuances of design problems.
  • Experience conducting user research, interviews, testing, and other research activities.
  • Capable of leading and inspiring others and manage through moments of ambiguity to clarity for you and others.
  • Ability to design and prototype in modern design tools such as Figma.
  • Familiarity with Scrum practices and product design methodologies.
  • A growth mindset. Willingness to own problems. Comfort with ambiguity. A balanced sense of optimism and humility, passion and pragmatism.
  • Ability to be kind and empathetic to our customers and our colleagues.
