Senior Service Designer 

As a Service Designer at Designit, you’ll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between service design and business strategy. You will serve as a consultant, collaborating directly with our clients to understand their unique needs and challenges. Working closely with our client services team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing innovative solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. Your role will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their business objectives.

Would you like to

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
• Conduct user-centered design research and usability studies to gain valuable insights.
• Translate business requirements into actionable design solutions.
• Ideate, prototype, and test concepts to create effective and user-friendly solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients, demonstrating the value of your design solutions.
• Collaborate with the Designit client services team to develop comprehensive strategies and proposals.
• Lead project execution, ensuring the fulfillment of client needs and project goals.
• Provide guidance and recommendations, contributing to the success of the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, sharing your expertise with colleagues and clients.

We would like you to be…

• Proven experience in product or user experience design, with a strong focus on usability research.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a consulting capacity.
• Proficiency in solution design, execution, and delivering tangible results.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for innovative solutions.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Senior-level experience or readiness to step into a senior lead role.
• Willingness to work in our Houston Client’s office a few times a week.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (design, business, or equivalent).
