We’re looking for a Senior Service Designer to help shape the end-to-end journey of employee-facing services, creating seamless, human-centered experiences that empower people to do their best work.
You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary UX team of researchers and designers focused on improving digital and physical workplace experiences. This is a hands-on and strategic role — blending design thinking, systems thinking, and creative problem-solving to reimagine how employees interact with tools, processes, and services.
What You’ll Do
- Lead service design projects from discovery to delivery, mapping current and future-state experiences.
- Facilitate discovery workshops to uncover user problems and identify enterprise opportunities.
- Translate employee and business needs into actionable service design strategies.
- Create deliverables such as journey maps, service blueprints, and system maps.
- Partner with UX research, engineering, and business teams to design feasible and desirable solutions.
- Advocate for the value of service design and help define standards across the organization.
- Craft and deliver compelling stories, presentations, and visualizations to communicate impact.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of professional experience in Service Design, UX, or related disciplines.
- Strong ability to solve complex design and technology problems through systems thinking.
- Experience facilitating workshops, co-creation sessions, and stakeholder alignment activities.
- Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to justify design decisions using research and data.
- Background in design research and human-centered methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Service Design, HCI, or related field (Master’s preferred).
