MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

On his role on the team:

  • Knowledge and experience in conducting user-centered design processes;
  • Experience with conducting research and in-depth interviews;
  • Experience in analyzing processes and services holistically, identifying their impacts and opportunities;
  • Analytical ability to synthesize findings, identify insights and propose solutions;
  • Mastery in facilitating collaborative activities and workshops, online and in person, from the organization to the consolidation of results;
  • Communicator and creative profile;
  • Good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills;
  • Good oratory and didactic to share learnings, present results and defend ideas.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

What we expect from you:

  • Have 2 years or more of relevant experience in Digital Product Design teams;
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies;
  • Autonomy and self-management;
  • Possess a holistic and analytical view of the user, business and technology triad;
  • Know how to moderate conversations, co-creation sessions, validations and deployments;
  • Clear and assertive communication;
  • Value collaborative work and know how to adapt to feedbacks and contributions from people on your team;
  • Experience in metric-oriented and data-driven decision-making environments.

It will be a plus if you have:

  • More than 2 years of experience with Service Design projects;
  • Worked on in-company Service Design projects;
  • Graphic and content creation skills.
