What You Will Do

As an Associate with Ascension, you will have the opportunity to identify design opportunities and evaluates and refines concepts through user-centered research and synthesis.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategic design projects from conception to execution.
• Establishes design operations and support design team development.
• Represents design capabilities with leaders across the organization.
• Collaborates with product, technology, marketing, clinical areas, and engages with users to continuously improve the experience.

What You Will Need

Education:

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree required.

Work Experience

• 3 years of experience required.
• 5 years of experience preferred.
• 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred.
