Senior Service Designer

What will you do?
As a Senior Service Designer, you will work on challenging projects and play a leading role in them. You will translate strategic and vision trajectories into concrete interventions that improve collaboration, leadership and workability on the work floor. You will co-create solutions together with teams on location, where you will be given space for innovation, experimentation and scalable impact. And, you will help develop the design capacity of the organization.

With our team of experienced designers, you will lead projects from A to Z: from research, concept development and journey mapping to testing prototypes and scaling up successful innovations. In addition, you will build relationships with clients and the project team on the client side and contribute to the development of new projects and the promotion of this story on behalf of Livework.

Who are we looking for?

• You are an experienced and talented Senior Service Designer. You have at least 5-7 years of relevant experience. (preferably also in the public sector)
• You speak fluent Dutch and English.
• You can deliver real quality, you are analytical and sharp. Service design, research, innovation… you’ve been around. As a result, you lead medium to large service design projects independently and with confidence.
• You recognize the value of working more intensively with one client. It allows you to get to know their organization much better, build richer relationships, create real synergy and really make a difference.
• You are involved and empathetic. You genuinely enjoy people, relationships and finding the right alignment. You gain trust by having an eye for relationships and investing in them.
• You are interested in ‘how it works’ within (public) organizations and have an antenna for new opportunities for design. Together with other Liveworkers you deliver value and let the account grow.
• You are confident and used to working with complex target groups.
• You are used to independently leading projects and at the same time being part of a close-knit team.
• You preferably have a background in ‘strategic design’.
