As a Service Designer at Mendix, you will create integrated, human-centered service experiences that extend beyond individual products and features, addressing holistic business and user needs. Your role involves systematically analyzing complex challenges, visualizing connections across products, programs, and services, and delivering clear service blueprints, customer journeys, and ecosystem models. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Service Design, Product Design, Strategic Design, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Service Design, Strategic Design, Design Innovation, or equivalent roles.
  • Proven success collaborating closely with product and technology teams within agile and dynamic environments.
