As a Service Designer at Picnic, you’ll shape how millions of families experience grocery shopping, from planning their groceries and weekly meals to cooking and enjoying healthy, delicious food together. You’ll work hand in hand with Product Owners, Designers, UX Researchers, Data Analysts, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to design every step of the customer journey.
You’ll spend half your time running service design and research activities such as customer interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing.
