In a nutshell

As a Service Designer at Picnic, you’ll shape how millions of families experience grocery shopping, from planning their groceries and weekly meals to cooking and enjoying healthy, delicious food together. You’ll spend half your time running service design and research activities such as customer interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing. The other half you’ll focus on turning those insights into solutions that drive real customer impact. By bringing everyone at Picnic closer to our customers, you’ll help create innovations that make everyday life simpler, healthier, and more sustainable.
