What are you going to do

As a Human Centered Designer, you’ll be responsible for designing and developing new fundraising products and propositions. You’ll research what motivates donors, design innovative ways to give, build prototypes, and test them until they actually inspire action.

  2. Facilitate: You contribute to design processes and workshops with various stakeholders. You plan activities, inspire participants, and generate support for new ideas within the organization.
  3. Behavioral Design: You’ll discover donors’ deeper motivations and translate these into personas and customer journeys. You’ll develop concepts that connect people with the Red Cross in innovative ways and encourage them to give.
  4. Prototyping and testing: You’ll build working prototypes and test them with real users. Based on feedback, you’ll refine concepts and demonstrate the value of innovative fundraising solutions.
