As a Service Designer, you ensure that we develop the right service solutions to support our operational colleagues, now and in the future. How exactly do you achieve this? That’s up to you. We trust the way in which you can distinguish between main and secondary issues and make connections. You use your talents to:

• Researching and discovering opportunities in current and future operational processes at Schiphol.
• Developing insights into different maps and journeys to create a shared understanding for your team and stakeholders.
• Creating end-to-end service solutions together with users and the business through co-creation sessions and workshops.
• Advising the Product Owner in drawing up the product strategy and shaping the roadmap by identifying possible opportunities and added value of features to be developed.

As a Service Designer you are also part of the Design Guild where you share knowledge and work together on cross-departmental issues. In addition to cross-departmental issues, you will also conduct preliminary research into possible opportunities for Schiphol Today. • Strong communication skills at different levels of the organization.
• An analytical problem-solving ability and experience with concept development.
• A dose of healthy enthusiasm for working and navigating in complex and dynamic organizations.
• 7 years of relevant work experience.
