From changing the way people buy a new tyre, a heat pump or a portable speaker to how they manage their mobility plan, home energy consumption or life insurances, … you are eager to guide clients through the service design process: conduct research, facilitate internal/external workshops and journey mapping and deliver high level UX concepts and strategic roadmaps with impact.

This is what you are going to do

Within our UX/ Service Design team you help our clients to improve their customers’ daily lives, by managing all phases of the UX/service design process with a design thinking mindset.

• Plan and conduct market and product research, benchmarks and user interviews.
• Chase and interpret data to find new and applicable insights.
• Define personae and facilitate empathy-  and journey mapping workshops.
• Develop high level concepts, wireframes and clickable prototypes to envision and test functionality and usability.
• Create user stories and communicate concepts and solutions to various stakeholders.
• Deliver relevant and feasible strategic roadmaps with company-wide impact.
• Participate in pitches for current and new clients and provide account directors with approach input and high-level budget estimates.
• Assist junior UX/UI designers with their work and guide them in best practices.
• Share your knowledge by hosting internal and external workshops, webinars and/or articles.

This is what you bring to the table

• You have 5+ years of experience with UX/Service design and digital product strategy and development.
• You have foundational knowledge of user research and design thinking methods, and you manage yourself and others with a structured workflow.
• You have a foundational knowledge of UX skills and programmes (Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma) and a drive to develop these skills further. You easily facilitate workshops in Miro or alternatives.
• You’re curious, emphatic, analytical and open to asking the right questions to get relevant insights.
• You communicate and present well (written/visual/verbal) in English and Dutch; French is a plus
• You can juggle a variety of projects and work comfortably in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• You share your enthusiasm for learning and innovation and serve as an approachable, go-to expert for junior colleagues.
