Service Designer

This is what we expect from you

You will participate in projects that relate to one or more of our pillars: participation, policy and/or services.

You work with clients to design participation approaches or customer journeys, monitor progress in projects, or help think about the direction of a policy process. You can switch well between different projects and dynamics. You contribute to quotations, recognize opportunities for follow-up assignments and build customer relationships. At the same time, you continue to learn and are coached by us in roles in which you want to grow – for example towards project management, content expert or mentor for others.

You will fit in well with us if you: 

✅ Have approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in government, design, policy, research or social projects. ✅ Can work on a project basis and contribute to the organization, management or structuring of projects. ✅ Can independently understand a customer question, translate it into an approach and think along with colleagues about it. ✅ Enjoy facilitating sessions, visualizing topics or processes, researching or analyzing themes – and would like to learn more about it. ✅ Enjoy working in changing teams, both internally and with clients or subcontractors. ✅ Enjoy using the expertise of your colleagues and actively sharing your knowledge and passion with them. ✅ Are substantively involved in social themes such as sustainability, care, housing, or diversity. ✅ Enjoy building a good relationship with the client, spotting follow-up assignments and looking for opportunities that make you happy. ✅ Gets energy from complex issues, where you work with residents, civil servants or professionals to get things moving ✅ Familiar with Adobe Illustrator and Miro. ✅ Would like to contribute to a studio with a growing team, network and number of drinks.

Dutch is the working language in our projects, so we are looking for someone who is fluent in it.
